Registration takes place in two steps. From now on you can buy a ticket in our TicketShop or redeem a voucher codes from an exhibitor and thus register as a participant. You will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail about your registration in the TicketShop. About 7 days before the event starts you will receive a second, separate invitation for the so-called onboarding.
During the so-called onboarding, you register on the digital platform and define your profile and requirements (offer - search) in order to benefit from matchmaking in the best possible way. The matchmaking tool supports you during the event by suggesting the most interesting contacts for you from all participants.
The permanent-ticket for the Beviale Mexico eSpecial costs 29 euros and includes access to the platform as well as to all presentations and roundtables.
As a participant on the platform, you have the possibility to get in touch with all other participants at any time. Various communication tools are embedded for this purpose - choose between making contact via chat message, arranging a video call appointment via the integrated appointment tool or direct video call.
As soon as you have completed the onboarding process. From this point on, the platform is available and you can create your personal profile, define your matchmaking criteria, compile your personal watch list from the lecture programme and already make appointments for the period of the event (8. March – 9. April).

During the so-called onboarding, you’ll set up your individualised participant profile on the digital platform and define your criteria for matching (what you’re offering or looking for). You yourself decide, for example, whether you want to upload a profile photo. The profile you set up will be visible on the platform to other participants for the duration of the digital event, to enable you and them to make contact. After 09.04.2021 the active communication functions will be switched off, so that it will no longer be possible to make contact via the platform.
Yes. You need no special knowledge of dealing with digital events and can attend the event as a participant even with little or no experience. If you have any questions, we will be happy to support you at any time.
